I led the redesign of the checkout process for waynabox.com, successfully improving the User Experience and Conversion Rate (CRO), working closely with the founders and developers to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality.
I also maintained brand image consistency and visual coherence 🌼 across all digital platforms. I designed strategic content for social media, email marketing campaigns, and display ads for five markets (Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands, and Germany), managing communities of over 500,000 followers, optimizing communication and brand impact in the European market.
